Tolima’s mineral properties cover an area of more than 40,000 hectares in 71 properties (31 mining concessions and 40 applications for mining concessions). Some areas include drill ready areas and other areas have upgradable small scale current gold production. Primary assets include:
- The NORTOL property is strategically located in the northern region of the Tolima Department of Colombia, in proximity to important gold projects within the Cajamarca Complex. The Company is the beneficial holder of 29 26 mining concessions and applications for mining concessions, covering a total area of more than 39, 741 hectares.
- Additional mining interests in the Tolima district in Colombia (the "Papayo property"), which is almost completely surrounded by Tolima’s NORTOL properties. The Papayo property includes existing underground mining works known as the "El Papayo" mine, comprised of over 400 meters of galleries over an area of approximately 15,000 square meters.
- Mining interests in the Marmato/Caramanta districts in Colombia (the "ANCAL property"). The ANCAL property is strategically located in the south of the Antioquia and the northwest of the Caldas Departments of Colombia within the Middle Cauca gold belt. Through its subsidiary, the Company is the beneficial holder of 27 mining concessions, exploitation licenses and applications for mining concessions, covering a total area of over 14,660 hectares.
- Mining interests in the Remedios/Segovia mining district in Antioquia (the "Remedios property"). The Remedios property is located north east of Antioquia. Through its subsidiary, the Company is the beneficial holder of 8 mining concessions and applications for mining concessions, covering a total area of over 1,000 hectares. Remedios also holds a gold processing and recovery plant with a capacity of approximately 100 tons per day (the "San Pablo processing plant").
